Examination Content

• The Hot Coffee Category consists of three types: Americano, Espresso and Espresso Con Panna. One of them will be chosen at random and tested on. Every question is worth 15 points and the passing grade is 9 points.
• The Latte Category consists of five types: Hazelnut Latte, Caramel Macchiato, Cappuccino, Cafe Mocha, Vienna Coffee. Two of them will be chosen at random and tested on. Every question is worth 15 points and the passing grade is 9 points.
• The Ice Coffee Category consists of six types: Iced Americano, Iced Latte, Iced Vanilla Latte, Iced Mochaccino, Iced Caramel Macchiato and Iced Coffee Float. Two of them will be chosen at random and tested on. Each question is worth 15 points and the passing grade is 9 points.
• The Frappuccino Category consists of two types: Irish Coffee and Caramel Frappuccino. One of them will be chosen at random and tested on. Each question is worth 15 points and the passing grade is 9 points.

Scoring

• Dress and appearance etiquettes make up a total of 10 points.
• Appropriate dress code includes appropriate clothing, nail length, unpainted nails, no jewelry or watches, and neat and clean hair.
• Persons passing this item get 10 points, failing to abide by dress etiquettes result in a zero.
• Persons who fail may improve then take the test again.
• The coffee making section will have 6 questions in total.
• One must pass at least 4 questions to pass the entire section.
• The exam is 100 points in total, the passing grade is 60 points.
